Hi,
This may sound a silly question but my trampoline has a safety enclosure attached, can I still use a trampoline cover?
Cheers
Hi James
Not a silly question at all, a lot of people do ask our sales team that exact question. In answer yes and no at the same time. It depends on the style of trampoline enclosure that you have, if it’s an enclosure where the netting is attached to the frame under the padding. Then unfortunately not as you won’t be able to get to tie your cover on anything. However if your trampoline net attaches via bungee courds, such as our trampoline safty nets do then you can have a cover on at the same time. Hope that helps..

Hey, Is it worth buying a trampoline with drainage holes? Surely drainage holes would let the water in? Can you explain please? Thanks!
Hey Confused Trampoliner
That is a very interesting question, a lot of people miss understand the use of trampoline covers and I’m glad you asked. Trampoline covers are not actually used to keep the trampoline dry; rather they are used to keep it clean and a protection against the frost.
Drainage holes are used as a protection for your trampoline when it rains, I’ll explain why. Due to the design of the trampoline, when there is rain the water pools in the middle of the trampoline causing a sagging effect that puts a lot of pressure on the trampoline springs. What the trampoline drainage holes do is drain that water away through the porous trampoline bed, which in turn releases the pressure, put on the springs.
Trampoline cover drainage holes are a vital part of the design. Another thing to keep in mind is that the trampoline bed is very porous and dry’s very quickly if wet. I wouldn’t worry too much about trying to keep your trampoline dry. As long as it’s protected from frost in the winter, your trampoline will last many years to come.
Thanks for your comment.
