How To Assemble Your Trampoline.
When your trampoline arrives, it can look a bit daunting with the many parts and also the overall weight of the boxes. This is how to assemble your trampoline in the quickest way, with some tips to make it easier. It should only take about 1hr at most for 2 people to put together the most popular round trampolines.
STEP 1 – Frame Assembly
Lay your frame parts out on the ground in the correct layout like in the diagrams below for a round trampoline. This will help you identify easily which parts need to go where.

Trampoline Assembly
Then start connecting the parts together. Firstly connect one upright leg section to one end of each of the top rail sections of the trampoline. Some trampolines have special devices for these joints such as a T- Bar. Fit these according to the manufacturer’s instructions. They offer reinforcement to this very important part of the frame.
Then connect the top rail sections together in twos as shown in the diagram below.

Trampoline Frame Assembly
Then fit one W-shape leg tube onto each pair of legs. Do this with the top rail on the ground so that you can push the W section down onto the legs more easily.

Trampoline Leg Assembly
Then turn the frame sections the right way up and connect up the top rail to complete your trampoline frame.

Step 2 – Attach the Jumping Mat
Lay out the Trampoline Mat inside the frame
Attach the first 4 springs to the frame and the trampoline bed at 12, 6, 3 and 9 o’clock.
To do this, hook one end of each spring, into the V Ring of the jumping mat and hook the other end of the spring into the slot in the frame. Some trampolines include a special tool to help with this. The spring tool hooks into the end of the spring. You pull the tool and attach the spring hook into the slot in the frame.

Trampoline Mat Fitting
Attach the remaining springs in the same way. To even the tension on the trampoline mat and make it easier to fit the springs, always attach consecutive springs at opposite points of the clock as shown in the diagram below. It may help to have a second person to do this with you to avoid having to keep moving around the trampoline. Attach springs to every 5th hook on the jumping mat to start with and then go around and fill in the gaps making sure you count carefully the spaces on the frame and mat are the same.
STEP 3 – Attach the Frame Pads
Lay the Frame Pad over the trampoline so that the springs and the steel frame are covered.
Ensure that the Frame Pad covers all metal parts. Then tie the strap located on the under side of the frame pad to the top rail of the frame.
You now have a full assembled trampoline ready to bounce on!
great instruction clear concise
only took 115 min with a little help from my 10year old to put up a 10 ft tramoplins and enclosure.
