Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling - At Etoyszone we pride ourselves in our fast and accurate order processing and delivery service. All orders for products that are in stock in our warehouse received before 12pm the same day will be processed and dispatched that day. We do offer different delivery options such as Next Day Service, and 2 - 3 Working Day Delivery. Our standard delivery service offered is the 2 - 3 working day service on most products.

- All Orders Over £150 are delivered free within the UK Mainland.

Delivery:

Please ensure you inspect the goods on arrival and note any damages or missing parcels on the drivers check sheet, and then contact us to report it. We have the ability to track your delivery for you so if you have a query on the status of your order please Email : sales@etoyszone.co.uk

NB if you are not at home the couriers will leave a card and you can then contact them directly and arrange re-delivery this is not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery. It is your responsibility to contact the courier if carded. If the goods are returned to us we will re-charge the delivery cost again to re-despatch the items.
Extra Delivery charges to remote or outlying areas within the UK mainland may arise, in which case we will agree the charges with you as soon as possible, where applicable.

Returns Policy Cancellations:

You may cancel your order prior to despatch, but since we offer a fast delivery service, goods are often dispatched within hours of the order being placed. Orders cancelled after despatch, even if not yet delivered will be treated as returns, and charges may apply. Any charges will be communicated.

Typically charges are Original P&P, plus returns charges back to us. This return charge varies by item/weight and which courier service is used.

Returns:

We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase however if you need to return your goods or cancel your order please read our returns policy as stated below:

You may return any delivered products within 7 working days of delivery (including if you change your mind), in an unused condition. The product must be with its original packaging with instructions and parts. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

If products were delivered flat packed they must be returned in the same way _______ within 7 days, unless faulty (Please read flat pack self assembly below).

Care must be taken to ensure the Returned Products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit, therefore suggest that you request a proof of postage.

For all returns except where the product is faulty you will be required to pay for and arrange for the goods to be returned to us. If you prefer we can arrange for the goods to be collected from you but the cost if this will be charged to you or deducted from your refund. We will only refund the cost of original postage where the item(s) is faulty and where goods are returned within 7 days, known as the consumer “cooling off” period.

Where the items have come from a third party, it must be first verified that the supplier will accept the return and make arrangements for the goods to be collected, before any agreements are made with you, the customer. Any costs associated with this are beyond our control and we must charge these costs back to you, the customer. We will communicate all additional charges to you prior to arrangements being made if they are applicable

Flat Pack Self assembly items including Climbing Frames : Should there be an issue with your self assembling Item/Climbing Frame, any issues are assessed on a case by case basis. Once they are part or fully assembled they cannot be returned to us (outside the 7 days ), unless faulty If the goods are deemed faulty once part assembly has taken place, and disassembly is not possible because of doing so will damage the item further then it can be returned or collected as it is (within reason). Clearly, due to the size and nature of these products, this is product dependent and all cases will be discussed in order to resolve any issues.

As a consumer you have a Duty to take reasonable care of the items whilst in your possession

Photographic Evidence will be required of all issues where returns are being requested.

Charges for collections are:
• £13.50 per parcel under 30kg for UK Mainland and Industrial Scotland

• £23.50 per parcel under 30kg for Highlands

• £27.50 per parcel under 30kg for IOM, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, N Ireland incl ROI

• £45 per parcel over 30kg for UK and Industrial Scotland

• £85 per consignment over 30kg for Highlands & IOM, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, N Ireland incl ROI

• D2H collections for Climbing Frames are charged by weight of the goods and will need to be worked out on a case by case basis.
